At Diltalks, we strive to provide the best possible service to our users. We understand there may be circumstances where you are not satisfied with the service received. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.

Wallet Recharge Refund Policy

- Wallet recharge amounts are non-refundable once the transaction is successfully processed.
- Refunds may only be issued in cases of technical errors leading to an incorrect recharge amount.
- Users are advised to double-check the recharge amount before confirming the transaction.

Cancellation of Live Calls/Chats

- Once a live call or chat session has been initiated, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
- If an advisor disconnects or fails to fulfill their service, users may raise a dispute via the app.

Dispute Resolution

- If you experience issues with services or transactions, please contact our support team at support@diltalks.com.
- Disputes will be reviewed within 7 business days, and eligible refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

Exceptions

- Refunds will not be provided for cases involving misuse of the platform or violation of our policies.
- Refund requests submitted after 30 days from the transaction date will not be considered.
