Pricing Policy

1. Wallet Recharge

Users are required to recharge their wallets in advance to use the counselling services. The following terms apply:

• The minimum recharge amount is ₹100.
• Wallet balances are non-refundable, except under circumstances defined in our Refund Policy.
• Wallet balances can only be used within the Diltalks Counselling App and cannot be transferred to other users or external accounts.

2. Advance Per-Minute Deductions

Diltalks Counselling App operates on a per-minute charging model, with deductions made at the start of each minute. The following rules apply:

• At the start of the session, the user's wallet is deducted by the counselor's per-minute rate for the first minute.
• For each subsequent minute, the wallet is deducted in advance at the start of that minute.
• If the wallet balance is insufficient to cover the next minute’s charge, the session will automatically terminate.
• Any unused balance from the last deducted minute (if the session ends mid-minute) will not be refunded.

3. Counselor Rates

Each counselor sets their own per-minute rate, which will be displayed on their profile before the session begins. Users are encouraged to review these rates before starting a session.

4. Discounts and Promotions

Diltalks may occasionally offer promotional discounts or bonus wallet credits. These are subject to the following conditions:

• Promotions are time-limited and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• Bonus credits awarded during promotions are non-refundable and may have an expiration date.

5. Pricing Changes

Diltalks reserves the right to adjust pricing for wallet recharges, counselor rates, or other services. Any changes will be communicated via the app or email at least 7 days in advance.
